租屋處失火　房東控周海媚「租霸」

周海媚正在大陸拍攝電視劇《武則天》，時常在微博放上工作中的搞笑照，看得出工作愉快，但恐有件讓她煩心的事，昨有大陸媒體報導，周海媚與北京租屋的房東起爭執，原因是租屋的廚房和後花園曾失火，房東指控她不僅未賠償，還積欠半年租金。

根據大陸媒體報導，周海媚北京順義區租了一棟別墅，房東劉先生提供現場照，指控去年中秋節左右，周海媚因用電不慎引發火災，後花園及廚房幾乎被燒毀。事後周海媚不但沒賠償，就連打電話給她，她表示已找律師處理，房東找律師，律師又說：「正在走法律途徑。」到今未有任何答覆，令房東氣得向媒體告狀。

除了欠賠償金之外，房東出示租賃契約，顯示租期是從2013年7月5日至2015年7月4日，但從今年一月，周海媚就未繳房租，已久了十幾萬人民幣的房租，他說：「鑰匙也在他們手裡不還回來，當初收了一個月的押金，但早就不夠抵房租了。」事後大陸媒體打電話求證周海媚和律師，他們都沒接電話，未取得回應。
