同樣兩位30歲未婚男性

現階段薪水假設都是5萬，假設日後加薪幅度相同

結婚後一家兩口

A男：住在家裡多的市價1000萬房子(名字改成在父母底下，不考慮日後變賣)

B男：貸款買了同地段1000萬的房子(房貸每個月要繳3萬...薪水剩下2萬)

A男靠家裡的房子 = 吃軟飯 (生活費可全額自由運用)

B男靠自己買房 = 有男人的尊嚴 (生活費只剩2萬)

有人說薪水5萬買1500萬的房子太撐了

那我改成1000萬的房子好了
