【林海／台北報導】台灣新春伴手禮首選「香腸」每年規模大約20億元，黑橋牌市佔率超過4成，黑橋牌食品總經理陳春利今天表示，今年黑橋牌的營收約在11.3億元左右，成長約5%，明年則將會突破12億元。

年節將近，黑橋牌也推出年節禮盒，陳春利說，去年是公司第1年進入年節禮盒市場，營業額大約200萬元，但今年則有較高的目標，備貨量是去年的1倍，雖然在之前的食安風波中並沒有受到影響，但陳春利更注重食品安全的重要性，強調5年前公司所有產品已經不含防腐劑，今年禮盒也首次嘗試不加味精。
