標題[問題] 威寶寄的上網流量帳單是我手機計量的3倍?

之前辦理威寶的188半年上網吃到飽 後半年流量1.5GB 吃到飽的半年自然是沒甚麼問題 1.5GB的前幾個月有嚴格監控流量 大概每個月400~500MB好像也沒甚麼問題 本想說剩兩個月到期就要NP 這個月接到的帳單突然看到被收最高超量899元 上官網查流量竟突然暴增至4.5GB (好像時間就是威寶改名台灣之星的時 間) 我是用三星Note2內建的3G流量監控的 在帳單日期內手機計量絕對只有1.3GB左右 為慎重起見還把日期往前後挪也不會有一個月超過1.3GB的情況 雖說手機自行計算會有誤差 但有會差到3倍流量的可能嗎?
