補提監委 馬：無可逃避的責任

身兼國民黨主席的馬英九總統今天下午出席國民黨立法行政研討會時，談到監察委員補提名11位，是因為「在憲法上完全沒有不再提名的空間」。

馬總統表示，大法官過去曾釋憲，明白指出在監委出缺時，無論是行政院或立法院若沒有積極提名、審查，是憲法所不許，而他總統上任宣示第一句就是 「余必遵守憲法」，所以尊憲、行憲「是無可逃避的責任」。

馬總統指出，監委提名上次有11位沒有過，造成公共衛生、工程、醫藥、律師、外交國防等領域就沒有監委，監委每一位都要發揮應有功能，將請相關部門，盡速與立委溝通。
