標題[問題] 老闆說不用來上班可申訴嗎?

幫朋友問的 她剛出社會比較笨... 她老闆叫業務轉達跟她說做到今天 結果她一時生氣就傳了LINE給老闆說那我做到現在就走 今天的薪水也不用給我 然後就打卡走人 我叫她回去蓋一下公司發票章和打卡紀錄準備申訴 未依規定預告解除勞動契約還有資遣費沒發 她現在男朋友打去問老闆 她老闆硬凹說她自己說做到今天的 請問這樣申訴還有機會嗎? 她本來想說算了 但我還是苦勸她要申訴 他們發薪都發現金也沒薪資單...之前也都不用打卡 這個月才開始規定上下班打卡 之前也常這樣直接叫人不要做 感謝.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.38.107.129 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410953770.A.995.html
