牢友怕到睡不著？鄭捷：是他纏著我

〔自由時報記者王定傳、溫于德／新北報導〕惡人自有惡人磨？鄭捷進入台北看守所後，與同房室友吳繼堯談了不少殺人心得和動機，讓對方聽後很害怕，晚上一有動靜就睡不著；對此鄭捷譏諷地說：「當時是吳繼堯不斷糾纏著問我，連我想睡覺了還不放過。」

檢方昨聲請傳喚鄭捷首次同房的室友吳繼堯，欲證明鄭捷犯後態度不佳。據聞，吳繼堯委任律師在吳的性侵案開庭時，陳述這段鄭捷室友怕他原委；但吳繼堯的委任律師之一李柏杉，昨否認這個說法，他說事實上律師或吳，都沒說過「很怕鄭捷」，不解為何出現此說；北所昨也否認吳有向所方反映此事。

律師收到恐嚇信

昨庭訊結束後，被害者家屬情緒激動，在法庭嗆鄭捷的辯護律師；據了解，鄭捷的辯護律師日前也收到不明恐嚇信。律師昨表示，本身不認同鄭捷殺人行為，但辯護目的是保障其訴訟權及探究其殺人成因；至於恐嚇信，不會報案處理。
