室內設計工讀120\1h合理嗎?

工作內容要畫3dsmax+vray，就是要像雜誌那樣的採現圖
還有畫平面+施工圖，價位120\1h。

還強調120\1h是政府規定的，
再來說因為晚班所以沒有勞健保，
如果要有就要自費。

因為我還是學生，且沒有任何工作經驗，
但是又怕背人吃定，想上來問問這是否合理。

我只是覺得我所做的都是經過教育，
並不是隨便員工教育兩三天就可以勝任的工作，
120/1h這種價位是不是太勉強了?
而然又要求工作時數長，
勞健保又要自費，是不是把工讀生當血汗勞工?
但這是我第一份工作，
有人要用是不是要抱感恩的心接下這份工作呢??
