台中市檢警查獲一地下工廠，以工業用「氯化鈣」添加物浸泡醃漬薑，台中市衛生局提醒，氯化鈣吃了可能傷肝或傷腎，盡量不要選購太白的醃製嫩薑。

台中市警察局刑警大隊偵六隊今天查獲霧峰區一地下工廠吳姓業者，涉嫌於浸泡醃漬薑時在浸泡水槽內加入工業用「氯化鈣」添加物（俗稱鹽丹），使醃漬薑保持脆度，並銷售至東區各傳統市場。

衛生局指出，業者為了增加嫩薑的脆度，以工業用「氯化鈣」來浸泡，已違反食安法第15條第10款，可處新台幣6萬元到5000萬元罰鍰。

此外，業者添加未經中央主管機關許可添加物，可處5年以下徒刑、拘役、800萬元以下罰金。

衛生局也提醒民眾，氯化鈣是化學物，吃了可能傷肝或傷腎，盡量不要選購太白的醃製嫩薑。(中央社)
