立法院財委會中午由立委協商，同意大戶條款緩3年，將自2018年起實施，至於課稅門檻10億元，則維持不變。

針對大戶條款存廢，財委會立委今天共提了2案，1是門檻提高到50億元，大戶條款並暫緩5年，2是直接廢除。

最後經過在場立委與財政部協商，同意大戶條款暫緩3年，並自2018年開始實施，且門檻維持10億元。（林巧雁、廖珮君／台北報導）
