匯通網12月18日訊——瑞士央行(snb)周四(12月18日)意外宣布實施負利率，稱將對在央行的活期存款賬戶實施負0.25%的利率，以便遏制避險買盤操作。最近數周，瑞郎兌歐元逐漸逼近1.20瑞郎的匯率上限，因受歐洲央行(ecb)明年初將出臺全面量化寬松(qe)的預期打壓，歐元走軟。瑞士央行稱，負利率將自2015年1月22日起生效，直至進一步通知。

瑞士央行宣布實施負利率后，瑞郎全線暴跌，暴漲逾80點，升至兩10月中旬以來高位1.2091；短線飆升逾70點，創2013年中以來新高至0.9836。
