阿扁的「死忠」支持者九○八台灣國總部執行長周崇德，在台中監獄外抗議、守護阿扁已1年8個多月，周崇德今天說阿扁因獄方人員遲延送公文，導致無法出獄，矯正署官員太官僚，他力挺阿扁到底，將於4日發起「守夜」行動，希望5日阿扁能獲釋。
