花蓮縣議會採購傳弊案　市代會副主席遭約談

新北地檢署懷疑花蓮市代會副主席楊士弘涉嫌透過關係轉包議會工程，再與承包商浮報工程款項賺取差額，今天上午指揮北機組幹員兵分7路搜索花蓮縣議會、花蓮市代會、楊宅及工程行等處，並帶回楊及前任議會傅姓機要秘書及承辦員等8人前往北機組偵訊。花蓮縣議會對此低調，僅表示，是前任採購案件，並不清楚案情，全交給司法處理。

檢方懷疑，楊士弘是前任議長的堂弟，關係匪淺，楊則透過關係介入議會500多萬元營繕工程，再找上設籍新北市的承包商，兩人涉嫌浮報工程款賺取差額，（王文傑／花蓮報導）
