誤點10至50分　台鐵認為是地震、沒降速

不滿平交道安全未提升和過勞，全國駕駛員聯誼會昨決議今降速至60公里以下通過平交道，今凌晨4時26分首發車開始起實施。目前包括東部、南部、中部列車都誤點10至50分鐘；不過台鐵則指是受地震後巡軌影響，並非平交道降速。
 
台鐵表示，目前全台的火車確有誤點，但是因為受到地震影響，因台東強震讓列車須根據標準作業一度停車、慢速30公里和巡軌，瑞穗到台東5時40分巡查完畢、台南到台東7時28分完成巡查、斗南到台南7時43分巡查完畢，列車恢復正常，目前正在紓解消化連鎖誤點中。台鐵統計，東部、中部和南部列車約誤點10至50分鐘，截至早上9時半，有36班誤點，累積誤點823分鐘、2684人遭延誤，台鐵不認為列車誤點是降速過平交道造成的。（李姿慧／台北報導）
