如題 假設今天有公司覺得你條件不錯錄取了你 跟你簽了書面文件約定試用期三個月 期間的月薪比本薪少Nk 但後來公司再將你轉正職後一兩周內 發現內部其實不需要那麼多人力 所以要跟你延長試用期1-2個月 來評估是不是要留用你 而這期間沒有任何書面約定 這情況下 該怎麼保障中間損失的薪資N*(1至2)k呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.70.197.228 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399289529.A.FDF.html
