檢察長異動突喊卡　羅瑩雪：尊重新任總長

法務部長羅瑩雪原訂明天召開檢察官人事審議委員會，公布檢查首長調動名單，今天上午卻臨時喊卡，引發外界議論，對此，羅瑩雪今天下午在參加調查局103年度獲案毒品銷燬儀式後表示：「要尊重新任總長。」
 
羅瑩雪說：「因為8日新舊任檢察總長交接，而檢審會委員內有3人是現任總長所指派，因此不能在新任總長到任的前一天趕快先開個會，這樣好像沒有尊重他（新任總長）的看法。」

至於召開檢審會的日期，羅瑩雪認為要看新任總長對前任指定的委員人選有沒有意見？如果要更換人選的話，就等更換之後再開會。

另外，針對調查局長人選，將由調查局處長汪忠一破格直升一事，調查局長王福林回應指出，調查局力推世代交替、適才適所，且和諧、順暢，對於汪忠一將接局長，他表示人選「很恰當」。（游仁汶／台北報導）
