打房就該一刀斃命

地方政府都靠拿地方政府的土地開發.變更,

增加不足的地方政府預算,苗栗縣只是做得比較難看而已

台北市也在做,容積轉移等各項圖利建商政策.

未來的連勝文.他家表面上台北精華區土地不少,藏在某些銀行底下的更多.

打房.......騙騙人民而已.

連勝文-東西區軸線翻轉,他家大同,萬華區的土地又要漲了.

我買不起房,也不期待

唯一可以達到房價崩盤.....只能靠本土金融泡沫崩盤,銀行緊縮銀根

但呆帳金額也會爆增,中央恐怕承受不住,央行是不敢升息太多的

426現在在台灣新屋及精華區段房屋一棟一棟買(不是戶喔),

我認識的房仲老闆.堅信台灣房市會盤不會崩.(因為426買房手筆驚人)

這可能是未來撐住高房價唯一防線-----靠大陸人.
