把48歲熟女當流鶯？　老翁強行摸乳被判刑

桃園一名年近7旬的黃姓老翁，涉嫌在公園附近將48歲陳姓女子當成流鶯，還強行摸乳襲胸要「驗貨」，而被一狀告上法院；全案經桃園地方法院審理後，依強制猥褻判處8個月有期徒刑。

根據媒體消息指出，被害的陳女指控，黃翁先是問她「妳做一次多少錢？」之後強行對她襲胸摸乳，輕薄的表示，「賺吃女人給人摸會怎樣」、「妳的胸部是真的假的」、「我要看是真的還是假的」，甚至還說「如果不驗我怎麼知道妳可不可以」，讓她感覺受辱。

不過，對於相關指控，黃翁則辯稱，是陳女主動接近，還詢問是否要進行性交易，並自己扯開衣領露出胸部，沒想到當他拒絕後，陳女硬是以「已經看到胸部」要他付200元；最後，因為他不給，才引發這起爭議官司。
