標題[問題] 新人沒事做該怎麼辦?

大家好~~ 我是職場新鮮人 目前這份工作是在傳產小公司當業助[目前在職快兩個月] 面試前主管有說 我主要是負責今年底開始的專案 主要是向國外採購和國外公司共同合作案子進行 總之關於外文方面的業務工作都會交給我 但是現在離專案開始還有很久啊~~~ 上一個與我相關的案子已經接近尾聲，因此我目前就在幫忙另一個業助 但她也只會交辦給我很瑣碎(像是對數量= =)的作業 雖然能理解他是怕我出錯 但做久了之後覺得好沒成就感啊!! 而且我的位置要做私人事情的話很困難 頂多只能偶爾翻翻書背單字罷了 因此想請問大家 現在的我該怎麼辦才好呢?? 我已經有盡量利用時間看公司的資料學習貿易流程了 但還是想知道這個時期的新人該做什麼? 謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.169.55.22 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410877781.A.D1F.html
