台北文創澄清暴利　至今虧3億多

台北文創大樓日前被外界質疑賺取暴利、回饋金過少，台北文創基金會今天公布營運金額，自2009年興建開始至2014年底累積虧損3.9億元，2015年也將再增加2900萬虧損，絕無外傳「暴利」情事。

台北文創公布相關營運資料，2009年至2014年底營收扣掉總支出仍有3.9億虧損，總支出有直接給付予市府的開發權利金、營運權利金等3.7億最高，其次為建物折舊、攤提與重增置費用2.67億元，第三為利息支出，達1.5億元，其餘是保險費支出、勞務費、水電瓦斯等營運費用，有1.21億元。2014年營運成果，虧損為3300萬。

台北文創大樓50年的總投資138.77億元，到期無償給市府。這幾年舉辦過的文創活動超過540場，參與人數超過26萬。
