強國漁船越界觸礁　金門海巡聯合金門漁民逮人

海巡署海巡總局第九(金門)海巡隊巡防艇今天中午接獲通報，獲知金門復國敦海域有中國漁船越界作業，金門海巡隊立即派艇前往查處取締。
 
該中國漁船為規避金門巡防艇登檢，遂往復國墩淺礁區海域逃竄，卻不慎於礁石區觸礁坐底，動彈不得，幸船上人員均安；附近海域則有一金門籍漁於附近作業，海巡PP-2006艇艇長蔡明宗靈機一動，驅前請金籍船長協助執行陸籍漁船驅離勤務，當場獲得熱心船長同意，直搗中國漁船觸礁淺礁區，順利登檢。
 
隨後PP-2006艇遂將此中國漁船押往料羅港進行帶案行政處分，並依兩岸人民關係條例暫扣料羅港內，林姓船老大等3人帶返海巡隊調查、偵訊。
 
金門海巡表示，此為乃為海上運用民力首例，海巡隊機警適時運用民船，執行登檢勤務，民力無窮，日後遇案，若情況許可下，會持續參考並謹慎運用。（林靈／金門報導）
