針對台北市長柯文哲近日接受美國《外交政策》採訪時的言論，國務院台辦新聞發言人馬曉光2日應詢表示，大陸和台灣同屬一個中國，兩岸不是國與國關係，這具有不可辯駁的法理基礎和事實依據。

根據台灣網報導，兩岸關係的底線不容挑釁。任何不利於兩岸關係的言行都違背兩岸同胞的意願，損害兩岸同胞的利益。
