騎車「犁田」　駕駛賠乘客9千餘元

基市1名陳姓女子，100年底騎車搭載36歲廖姓女子，經過貢寮區台2線時，不慎犁田摔傷，廖女右手、右膝挫傷，廖女不滿陳女沒注意路面坑洞，害她受傷，長達約3個半月無法工作，向陳女請求醫療、精神撫慰等賠償金13萬7千餘元；陳女向法官表示，當時廖女曾對她提出過失傷害刑事告訴，檢警調查事發地點並無坑洞，不起訴處分，且她也沒有交通違規，因此，不必要對廖女負賠償責任；陳女說，發現機車失控時，立即試圖減速，但廖女卻從後座伸手控制龍頭、剎車，才使她無法掌控機車摔傷，因此，這起事故，廖女也有責任；再者，以廖女傷勢，充其量1個月即可復原，還有，工作損失也無根据，縱使要賠償也只有事發當時就醫800元費用；法官判斷，廖女為服飾店臨時工，無法舉証各月薪資，全案審結，判處騎士須賠償乘客9271元較為合理，可上訴。(蔡進男／基隆報導)
