高雄地檢署今天說，高市長陳菊氣爆當晚按摩疑雲，不會主動介入調查，但只要有提出具體事證又事關刑案，就會進行了解。

國民黨高雄市長參選人楊秋興上午爆料說，市府內部傳出，高雄氣爆當晚10時30分至12時，陳菊找按摩師進市長官邸按摩，以致氣爆現場群龍無首，喪失搶救先機，釀成重災。

雄檢襄閱主任檢察官黃元冠受訪說，他還不清楚楊秋興爆料詳情，「如果他提出來的東西與刑案有關的話，都會進行了解」，楊秋興是市長參選人，「他講的話，檢方會予以尊重」。

他表示，除非有具體事證，否則檢方不會主動去調閱官邸及附近路口當晚監視錄影調查這件事。(中央社)
