小弟剛練慢跑，一般都在四號公園或錦和運動公園跑 最近報了渣打的半馬，想找尋幾位固定的跑友順便請益一下 目前最好的成績是12公里，每公里約7分鐘左右，小弟還嫩嫩的 希望能夠找尋到不錯的跑友 ps：跑步運動真的不要帶太多錢，真的會遇見小偷，這禮拜去 錦和就把錢放在側背包中就不見1萬2，再次提醒各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.12.164.3 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ShuangHe/M.1417358377.A.4D0.html
