以下為廠商所釋出的道歉啟事原文


　　茲因本公司所營運之《一劍穹蒼》遊戲誤用大宇資訊股份有限公司（以下稱大宇公司）開發之《軒轅劍參外傳天之痕》遊戲中之故事情節，包含伏魔山、符鬼系統、月河村、拓跋部落、神農鼎、海底氐族、豆子坑、寧珂歸鼎等故事內容；拓跋玉兒、小雪、張烈、古月仙人、陳輔、宇文太師（宇文拓）、獨孤寧珂等遊戲角色設定及人名相同：黑山鎮、蘆家渡、月河村、雷夏澤等遊戲地名相同；拓跋玉兒、小雪、古月仙人、陳輔、宇文太師（宇文拓）、獨孤寧珂等人物造型相近，使玩家誤認《一劍穹蒼》遊戲是大宇公司《天之痕》之相關遊戲，造成玩家誤會及混淆，致使大宇公司之著作權受到嚴重損害，故本公司保證爾後不再有侵害大宇公司智慧財產權之事件。今本公司承蒙大宇公司寬宥，雙方達成和解，茲特此公開澄清及道歉，並籲請業界尊重大宇公司之合法權益，也呼籲各界尊重智慧財產權。
