獎勵老農勇氣 屏東優先發放檢舉獎金40萬

針對老農的檢舉獎金，屏東縣政府今天表示，會先動用第二預備金優先發放40萬檢舉獎金給老農，至於其餘根據郭烈成不法利得計算而來的檢舉獎金，會等全案告一段落後再做討論。

衛生局表示，郭烈成原本承認只賣20噸油給強冠，如果依每公斤20元計算，郭烈成的不法利得只有40萬元，依食品衛生管理法開罰也只有400萬元；如果依此計算，老農可獲罰款的10分之1作為檢舉獎金，檢舉獎金只有40萬元。

不過根據檢警調查結果，郭烈成實際賣給強冠的油達242公噸，以每斤20元計算，不法利得達484萬元，依食品衛生管理法可開罰4840萬元，老農的獎金可高達484萬元，不過前提是，郭烈成必須先繳交這筆罰款，這筆檢舉獎金才能發放。

縣府表示，會先發放40萬元檢舉獎金獎勵老農的勇氣，其餘的會等全案告一段落後，再做討論。
