台北市熱門觀光商圈又有高價店面交易紀錄，根據最新實價登錄資料，永康街有1間21.6坪店面以1.28億元成交，換算每坪單價519.5萬元，擠下原本的開封街店后，成為是實價登錄第2高價的店面。

台灣房屋智庫執行長劉怡蓉表示，該店面位於永康公園對面，目前經營餐飲業，由於店面有黃金三角窗的優勢，人潮多方匯集，加上捷運通車的便利性，以及鼎泰豐、芒果冰店等知名美食品牌駐點，吸引日本、香港、大陸以及韓國等背包客前往觀光，店面價值自然不斐。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，據統計，今年來台觀光的旅客人次可望達到960萬人次，明年還有望達到千萬人次的目標，快速增加的旅客人次，帶來龐大的消費與居住商圈，也讓店面與飯店住宿等產品，成為當今最熱門的不動產標的。

曾敬德指出，從實價登錄資料可以發現，永康街內的店面單價最高的是在1-30號的區段，此次成交每坪最高為591.5萬元，由於大小坪數適中，21.6坪的店面以總價1.28億元成交，而前段巷內的店面，包括4巷、2巷與7巷等，也出現每坪200-288萬元的交易價格。
