816在低電力時可能無法充電

我的816昨天第一次在剩5%時才充電,充了快一小時,電力顯示反而降到3%,改用關機充電,充了一小時,還是只有3%的電力.這二個方式都有顯示充電中.原本以為手機得送修了,最後將手機重設後,電力顯示變成90%,又可以正常充電了,是因為低電力的關係嗎?有沒有其他大大遇過?
