噁！化工原料製豆花醫療回收桶裝仙草

新北市衛生局傍晚宣布查獲三重區盧佳食品公司（盧家仙草）違規使用化工級石膏粉製作豆花，自去年起還回收使用「血液透析濃縮液空桶」盛裝仙草茶，依違反食品安全衛生管理法函送新北市刑大偵辦。

衛生局表示，業者製作豆花使用的「天然石膏粉」無食品添加物標示，供應商也確認那是化工級硫酸鈣原料，不得添加於食品。另外，「血液透析濃縮液空桶」是醫療事業廢棄物非食品容器，已移請新北市環保局依廢棄物清理法查處。
