標題[問題] 升級到8.1後，打不開網頁

→ oldTim : 已解決，開始->搜尋cmd->右鍵選"以管理者權限登入" 11/07 21:09

→ oldTim : netsh winsock reset->要求重開機->解決 11/07 21:10
