中市抽檢茼蒿　7成5農藥殘留

下周一就是冬至，冬至吃湯圓是國人習俗，台中市政府衛生局特別在冬至前夕，到轄區各超市、傳統市場及知名店家抽查市售湯圓、芋圓、地瓜圓等共20件，檢驗是否違法添加己二烯酸、苯甲酸、去水醋酸等12項防腐劑、著色劑、硼砂，其中位在台中知名美食街、台中市北區永興街70號的「芋圓」攤位被檢出不得添加的去水醋酸達酸0.106g/kg(限量標準:不得檢出)。

另外，鹹湯圓必備的茼蒿菜，抽驗8件中就有6件農藥殘留超出標準，其中包括知名的連鎖超市量販店楓康超市南屯店、大買家北屯店、全聯購物中心大里塗城店、頂好超市山西店、以及喜美超市大豐店、金喜美超市大甲店都名列其中。
 
被檢出含農藥殘留的超市量販店分別是台中市潭子區喜美超市大豐店、北屯區大買家量販店、楓康超市南屯店、大甲區金喜美股份有限公司大甲店、全聯購物中心大里塗城店、北區頂好超市山西店。
 
另衛生局也抽驗冬天吃火鍋常使用的20件各式火鍋料(餃類、丸類、豆腐)，檢驗防腐劑、著色劑、殺菌劑、漂白劑、甲醛，結果均合格。（曾雪蒨／台中報導）
