大陸官方今天公布，今年第3季經常帳順差722億美元，資本帳和金融帳逆差90億美元。與第2季資本帳和金融帳逆差162億美元相較，顯示資本外流幅度已減緩。

大陸分析師說，從第3季資本帳和金融帳逆差幅度縮小觀察，顯示大陸資金外流的情況已減緩。這代表大陸經濟成長率雖趨緩，但相較於歐洲、日本等國而言，中國對國際熱錢仍具吸引力。

中國大陸國家外匯管理局今天在官網公布「2014年第三季及前三季國際收支平衡表」。

國際收支是衡量一國在一定期間內的對外商品、服務、所得、移轉和資本交易，主要包括經常帳、金融帳和資本帳，順差即表示該國央行準備資產增加。

資料顯示，今年第三季，大陸經常帳順差722億美元，資本和金融帳逆差90億美元，國際儲備資產減少1億美元。

今年前三季，大陸經常帳順差1527億美元，資本和金融帳順差687億美元，國際儲備資產增加1478億美元。(中央社)
