標題[閒聊] 勞工網路心聲 在意前景多過在意現下低薪

分享一篇網路數據文 http://dailyview.tw/Daily/2014/04/30 提到勞工不滿現況，第一其實是對於公司前景不抱持希望， 或是覺得此份工作，對個人未來沒有幫助 薪資才是考量第二順位 大家怎麼看? 我也是覺得，若差個幾K，當然要選前景好的，錢以後等到你有未來的時候，就自動會多 但有時又覺得，若同樣辛苦，幹嘛不挑錢多一點的? 也沒人保證一定會有未來 而且，就算我工作會有成就感，但壓力很大，也沒辦法兼顧生活品質 很累的時候，總想著為未來拚一下，但....未來要是一樣這樣辛苦怎麼辦?! 感覺很難撐下去~ 又不想隨隨便便找個糊口工作 哈哈 不好意思~沉重了 不管怎樣，先祝大家 勞工節快樂喔!! ^_______________________^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.134.49.171 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398834114.A.9E3.html
