處理私事 吳乃仁延至30日入監

台糖前董事長吳乃仁被控背信案再審時，遭判9個月徒刑定讞，台中地檢署並要求他今日到宜蘭監獄發監執行。宜蘭地檢署今(26)日表示，吳乃仁以處理私務為由，由律師向宜蘭地檢署遞狀，聲請延期至30日入監，宜蘭地檢署也已准延，並發出限制出境令，預防潛逃，若30日當天吳乃仁不到即拘。

吳乃仁被控11年前擔任台糖董事長期間，接受前立委洪奇昌請託，為春龍開發公司「量身訂做」修改台糖內規，使春龍取得土地優先購買權，再低估地價，以6億2千餘萬元出售霧峰工業區土地，致台糖損失近2億5千萬元。

吳乃仁、洪奇昌等5名被告去年原本都被判刑確定，即將入獄，但洪奇昌聲請再審通過，台中高分院今年3月26日改判吳乃仁1年半徒刑，但適用減刑條例減為9個月，洪奇昌則獲改判無罪。

吳乃仁在今年3月判決定讞後，應向台中地檢署報到執行，但他之後向台中地檢署聲請移轉到宜蘭監獄執行獲准，原訂今日應要向宜蘭地方法院檢察署報到入監，不過吳乃仁以處理私務為由，由律師向宜蘭地檢署遞狀，聲請延期至30日入監，宜蘭地檢署也已准延。
