23歲郭姓女子將行動電源置租屋處床上充電，疑電氣因素起火燒毀家具、裝潢。法院依公共危險罪判郭女拘役30日，得易科罰金。

23歲的郭女向朱姓女子承租台中市西區房屋，與陳姓女子同住，郭女在去年3月間某日上午7時許上班前，將手機行動電源放置在床上充電，於當天上午9時許起火延燒，燒毀家具、裝潢。

台中市消防局獲報到場撲滅，調查起火原因，初步排除爐火烹調、祭拜或人為縱火等原因，研判彈簧床上充電的行動電源附近應為起火點，懷疑因電氣因素起火。

台中地院以郭女未盡注意義務，將行動電源擺置在易燃的床鋪上充電而導致火災，依公共危險罪判處拘役30日，得易科罰金。全案可上訴。(中央社)
