蔡英文提修憲 藍批綠反覆

民進黨主席當選人蔡英文提出憲改主張，國民黨今晚重砲回應，指「國會減半」與「雙二分之一公投門檻」，當年都是民進黨的重要主張，不過十年，民進黨就以「今日之我」否定「昨日之我」，反覆無常至此，人民如何相信他們呢？

發言人陳以信表示，十年前民進黨提出國會減半訴求並主導修憲，尤其當時民進黨前主席林義雄還以禁食訴求各界同意，最後此案才得以無爭議通過。不過十年，民進黨卻又反悔、改要求「國會加倍」，試問：這樣如何能讓憲法獲得安定？

陳以信指出，當前國會亂象根源並非在於立委數量，而在非理性的問政態度，例如反對黨動不動霸佔主席台、癱瘓國會；民進黨如今貿然提出國會加倍訴求，將難以得到多數民意支持。
