新北地院及地檢署今天都收到1封民眾匿名信函，針對院檢偵辦捷運隨機殺人案，及收押鄭捷但未禁見裁定不滿，大飆穢言。

新北院、檢下午都收到同樣署名「林緘」的民眾抱怨信，整張紙寫滿侮辱字句，信中自稱代表人民的人質疑說「鄭捷殺死了四個人，為何可以不禁見？」

匿名民眾批評法官無能且要求辭職下台，甚至辱罵檢察官、法官「絕子絕孫」，狂飆「王八蛋」、「人渣」、「敗類」等髒話。

院檢對此表示，除非有勾串及滅證之虞，才會裁定羈押禁見，但被告都已承認犯行且無共犯的情形，依法是不能禁止接見。

院檢指出，寫信者不懂法律，純粹是發洩不滿情緒，院檢不會與民眾計較。但也籲民眾能理性看待此案的偵辦及審理。(中央社)
