復興空難最終報告　飛安會：明年10月出爐

飛航安全調查委員會主委張有恆今天在立法院交通委員會中指出，針對7月23日發生的復興航空GE222事故，飛安會已在8月20日向行政院及國際民航組織提出初步報告，未來將進行飛航紀錄器數據的分析、以及各調查分組的資料蒐集工作，近期內將就航機結構、模擬機測試、飛航資料紀錄器資料重建等技術事項與相關單位討論，以鑑定事故可能肇因。預定於明年10月發布最終調查報告。
 
飛安會向行政院及國際民航組織提出的初步報告，內容僅有事故的一些相關基本資料，包括：事故發生時間、地點、機型、天氣狀況、紀錄器種類、人員傷亡及航空器受損情況等。
 
復興航空GE222航班在今年7月23日，由高雄小港機場起飛前往澎湖馬公機場，在降落時不幸墜毀於馬公機場20跑道頭東北方的湖西鄉西溪村，旅客和機組員共58人，有48人死亡、10人受傷，另有地面居民5人受傷。據瞭解，復興航空目前已和10名乘客家屬達成1490萬元的賠償金和解。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
