台中市衛生局今天查獲東勢區捷暘商行進貨頂新油品「巧師傅香豬油調和油」，每桶15公斤裝油品140桶，現場封存46桶，業者羅先生今晚接受蘋果訪問時表示：「上游業者很沒良心，我們也是受害者很無耐也很無言，46桶明天業者將會派人回收！」

羅先生並且痛批：「政府把關不好也沒有魄力，希望立法院修法，增高罰金及刑法，讓製造商得到嚴懲，賺個幾十億只罰個幾千萬就可以輕輕鬆鬆逃過，受害的都是消費民眾！」（李陳信得／台中報導）
