台勝華聲請重整 股票先全額交割

【大紀元10月13日報導】（中央社記者潘智義台北13日電）勝華科技今天宣布擬向法院聲請重整，及保全處分。發言人黃忠傑表示，勝華股票將依規定變更交易方式，改為全額交割股，現階段不會暫停交易，也不會下市。

勝華科技今天在台灣證券交易所宣布，因應財務危機，為避免債權人任意處分資產，影響工廠正常營運，將向法院聲請重整，及保全處分。

他說，向法院聲請重整，緊急保全處置，有90天的緩衝期間，必要時得延長90天。勝華因擬向法院聲請重整，股票也將變更交易方式。

證券主管機關表示，勝華擬向法院聲請重整，依規定股票將先變更交易方式，採分盤交易，改列全額交割股，現階段沒有暫停交易、下市的問題。

不過，若未來法院裁定重整，將視實際情況，依台灣證券交易所規定，股票將暫停交易，或下市。

由於勝華向法院聲請重整後，仍可撤銷重整，所以勝華股票的實際處置方式還有變數。
