法務部長羅瑩雪決定慰留矯正署長吳憲璋「留下來做獄政改革」，不准他請辭，但批准他對監所的人調動。

吳憲璋中午派人送辭呈到法務部，為了對蘇清俊等四名正副典獄長因涉案收賄被覊押負責，請辭署長。


【中央社╱台北14日電】 獄政官員涉貪，綠島監獄典獄長蘇清俊遭檢方聲押獲准，矯正署長吳憲璋今天向法務部長羅瑩雪請辭，但羅瑩雪決定不批准辭呈。

現任綠島監獄典獄長、前台北監獄副典獄長蘇清俊在任職北監期間，涉嫌收賄放水讓受刑人王令麟等人獲得特別會面及違規帶違禁品入囚舍。檢方昨天聲押蘇清俊等6人獲准。

原本在中國大陸考察的吳憲璋，昨晚搭機返台，隨即召集矯正機關政風人員及戒護主管檢討，表示痛定思痛改進，提出多項措施。吳憲璋上午以書面向羅瑩雪請辭。

但羅瑩雪認為，當務之急是要整飭矯正體系風紀，請吳憲璋繼續負責貫徹改革措施，因此不批准辭呈。
