衛生局查德昌豆干業者：預防性下架

台中知名的「德昌豆干」遭香港環境衛生署食物安全中心驗出「黑胡椒豆干」疑添加「二甲基黃」染色料，中市衛生局今天到德昌工廠稽查，抽樣豆干、原料送回中央食藥署檢驗，若驗出違規添加「二甲基黃」，商品將下架。德昌豆干澄清，絕無自行添加「二甲基黃」，為了消費者權益已主動預防性下架該商品。
