韓聯社今天報導，截至11月為止，南韓對中國大陸出口年減0.5%，如果12月對陸出口仍然低迷，今年全年對陸出口將出現負成長。

報導指出，近30年來，南韓對大陸出口下降只有3次，分別為1998年、2001年和2009年。2009年為全球金融危機衝擊，但今年出口衰退則來自大陸產品競爭優勢快速提升。

南韓產業通商資源部和韓國貿易協會7日發佈數據，顯示與去年同期相較，今年1至4月對陸出口一直保持正成長，但5月銳減9.4%，至8月為連續4個月下降，9、10兩月恢復成長，11月再次下跌3.2%。

報導分析，南韓對大陸出口下滑固然因為中國經濟不景氣，但專家一致認為，更大的原因在於大陸產品的競爭優勢快速提升，因此南韓必須改變對陸出口策略。

韓國貿易協會的一位研究委員指出，明年南韓對陸出口前景依然不明朗，中國產品已取代從南韓進口的產品，隨著中國石化和手機等產品競爭優勢更強，中國更沒有必要進口南韓產品。(中央社)
