欠債砍組頭男判刑3年

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北7日電）李姓男子沉迷職棒簽賭而欠債還不出錢，竟在去年持刀砍殺組頭，導致對方肚破腸流。最高法院依殺人未遂罪判刑3年定讞。

根據法院判決，李男沉迷職棒簽賭而欠下債務無力償還，被逼急了竟心生歹念。他於是在去年4月藉口還債，約組頭沈姓男子在新竹縣湖口鄉公所前碰面。

李男到場後，拿出預藏的生魚片刀砍向沈男，一路追殺，砍得沈男肚破腸流。沈男忍痛逃離，就醫撿回一命。

李男事後向警方自首，坦承犯案。台灣高等法院審理後認定他殺意堅定，在公眾場合持刀攻擊無招架之力的人，對社會治安危害大，但考量他和沈男達成和解，取得對方原諒，依殺人未遂罪判刑3年。案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。1031207
