金服標環華證金、三信商銀股票

過去曾經引起金鼎證券經營權之爭的環華證金股票，台灣金融資產服務公司將拍賣；拍賣股數約22萬3,777股；若全數標下，至少約需223萬多元。

台灣金服接受財政部國產署委託，標售抵繳遺產稅或贈與稅的未上市櫃股票，下周起，一連標售56檔有價證券，包括環華證金、三信商銀等股票。

這批標售的股票中，每單位標售底價最高的是統冠石業，每單位是1萬股，每單位底價是6,398萬3,936元，拿出來標售的共有18個單位，若要全數取得，至少需11億5,171萬0,848元。

過去在群益金鼎證券（6005）經營權之爭扮演關鍵角色的環華證金股票，也是這次被拍賣的標的。

開發金（2883）大股東辜仲（瑩）打算併購金鼎證券（現為群益金鼎證券）；金鼎證大股東張平沼家族為反制開發金併購，提出和環華證金的4合1合併案；辜仲（瑩）在2005年以開發金子公司開發國際的名義，大量圈購環華證金股票，持股超過2以上，違反公開收購規定，引起金融市場矚目。

目前開發金對環華證金持股約21.99％。

另外，三信商銀這次標售有2筆，2筆底價分別為5,888元和3,287元；三信商銀的創辦人賴英傑，是前陸委會主委賴幸媛的父親。
