鹽奶案 鄒女丈夫婆婆說法多處不吻合

震驚全台的「奶粉攙鹽案」18日上午開庭，鄒雅婷的律師聲請傳喚鄒女丈夫與婆婆作證，但2人的說法有許多地方不吻合，下周三將會再開庭審理。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，法庭開庭時隔離訊問鄒女丈夫、婆婆，鄒女丈夫表示，不清楚妻子的犯案動機、過程，衣服被剪破、趴趴熊被丟棄、湘湘母親床鋪被釘釘子等事情，是在案子偵結起訴後經母親轉述才知道。檢方還問他知不知道鄒女去年9月間突然休假8天，他回答：「沒有印象。」令檢方質疑2人可能感情不佳。

而鄒女婆婆則表示，鄒女建議湘湘母親搬家、在床鋪釘釘子等事情是聽次子轉述才知道。而先前鄒女抱怨送給湘湘的趴趴熊被棄置在陽台，經了解之後才知道，湘湘的趴趴熊還留著，被棄置的應該是鄒女女兒的。

此次開庭因詰問鄒女丈夫時間過久，鄒女婆婆僅簡短回答，因此下周三將會再次開庭審理。
