宏碁員工涉內線 總部遭搜索

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市18日電）新北地檢署今天指揮調查局搜索包括宏碁汐止總部在內等14處。宏碁公司表示，兩名員工疑涉及內線交易，公司將配合調查。

宏碁公司今天晚間在證券交易所公開資訊觀測站發布即時重大訊息指出，兩名員工疑涉及內線交易行為，遭檢調單位搜索調查，宏碁已提供相關文件及資料，配合調查程序，也期盼盡速釐清真相。

宏碁公司指出，公司一向遵循法令規範、正派經營，也以此為規章制度，要求員工守法盡職。1030318
