韓劇發燒，連韓系美妝店在台北的店租也跟著居冠，房仲根據實價登錄資料，篩選出 2013 年前十貴店面，這家在台北站前商圈的韓系美妝店以每坪月租 2.75 萬元冠台北。

根據實價揭露資料，信義房屋篩選出2013年租金前10貴店面，最貴的店面在台北站前商圈的館前路三角窗店面，26.83坪的店面月租高達73.85萬元，換算每坪租金單價2.75萬元，由韓系藥妝innisfree所承租，租金水準媲美東區一線店面。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，台北站前商圈有 NOVA 與補習街等人潮，先前才創下小店面每坪600萬元的交易紀錄，這次館前路上三角窗店面單坪月租2.75萬元幾乎是台北市A辦大樓租金行情的9倍，店面也是 2013 年實價揭露的租金店王。

曾敬德指出，站前商圈串接西門町商圈，人潮本就多，陸客自由行開放後，區域消費人氣更旺，區域內新開不少平價旅店，這家韓系藥妝店台灣第一家門市選在站前商圈的館前路與開封街一段三角窗店面，除了看好此區女性消費人潮與站前商圈的廣告效應，也搭上此次熱門韓劇「來自星星的你」夯遍全亞洲的熱潮。

這家美妝店預計今年 4 月 4 日開幕，可望帶動星劇粉絲前往朝聖；原本的三角窗店面承租方美體小舖，雖然退出三角窗店面，但並未退出站前商圈，仍緊鄰一旁。(中央社)
