因為1日下雨延賽的關係，Lamigo桃猿的先發投手銳(Ken Ray)順延到2日出賽，將跟統一獅的費古洛(Nelson Figueroa)上演洋投對決。

原本銳是表定今天(1日)要先發，但在桃園國際棒球場的犀猿戰，因雨順延到6月17日同地開打。

明天猿隊要南征到台南棒球場，跟統一獅進行3連戰的首場比賽，推出的先發投手就是銳，獅隊由費古洛掛帥先發。

銳今年回鍋中職身手依舊，先發5場繳出3勝0敗，自責分率跟WHIP(每局被上壘率)都是很有水準的0.87。

費古洛的表現就有些震盪，先發6場1勝2敗自責分率3.22，前次先發7局失2分(1分責失)無關勝敗。
